From Diagnosis to PreventionA hybrid vision on health
I bridge nuclear radiology, metabolic science, and performance to build resilient, long-lasting health.
Why I shifted my focus
As a nuclear radiologist, I see the endpoint of disease on PET-CT every day. Over time, I kept noticing an early warning sign across ultrasound, CT and MRI: fatty liver disease — a marker of metabolic dysfunction.
Deep dives into insulin resistance, visceral fat, and metabolic health changed my perspective. Modern medicine often intervenes too late.
I founded Metaboliq to help people measure, understand and improve metabolism — before disease develops. Health isn’t merely the absence of disease; it’s the presence of resilience.
Integrate, don’t choose
Medicine focuses on organs and structure. We also need process and function. In metabolism, that means metabolic flexibility — efficiently using fat and glucose without damage.
Train the full system
Not endurance or strength — both. We build VO₂max, muscle mass and strength together to create a powerful, adaptable system.
It's my mission to eradicate metabolic dysregulation so that millions of people can live better, longer lives — without compromise.
In practice
A glimpse of who I am — as a person, physician, researcher and athlete.

Grounded, curious, and driven to help people live better, longer.
